What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability — please contact our reception team.
Do you offer delivery for food and drinks?
Yes! We offer delivery within a 10km radius of our property. Orders can be placed through our website. Delivery fee is ₦500. Pickup is always free.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have a secured and well-lit car park for hotel guests and restaurant diners. Valet parking is also available for an additional charge of ₦2,000.
Can I host a private event or corporate meeting?
Absolutely. Our event facilities include a 200-seat ballroom, 2 boardrooms, and a private dining suite. Contact our events team at events@rukysplace.com for availability and pricing.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your check-in date. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a fee of one night's stay. No-shows are charged in full.
